  21. Thanks, Kendra. Life can be a bitch but that has nothing to do with smoking or not ;) had bad days, good days and guess what the world didn't crush... the heavens didn't fell down... and I didn't light up! NOPE!!! Oh and about having faith, I learning to trust my gutt, my inner heart, instead of praying a god down and still be anxious. EVERYBODY has that light, that firework!!! BTW about faith, is what I found out and concluded but that doesn't mean I bash christians now! ;) Just realised I have strenght and only I can live my life and I am responsible for my actions... okay need to stop now or I'll scare the QT friends or they stare at the screen like they see a poopy climb to the top

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
