  11. Well I should practice my guitar, had a h*llweek kinda fill in, NOPE okay I got a new commitment, I NOPE and then PGT which stands for practice guitar today, no excuses :D NOPE PGT :D :D :D

Yeah, struggle with depressive & sobbing but my remedy is keep busy, make some time free to release some emotions but get your act together so I don't drown ;) my T expected this coming up long time after all the b**lsh*t from where I've lived the last previous months in Ypenburg. Got stronger, wiser, less naieve, well you've seen my change :wub: Still have a lot of crap, hurt inside to let go off :( taking it to the complainment commission :) And those months were not axectly fun but I didn't get bitter, or give up: I grew on top, far more and stronger I've ever thought I honestly can say I'm really proud at myself :) Going to start walking in the woods / as a therapy / arranged from the therapycenter I go to; I start on 3 March... :D On Monday I go visiting some thingy, you can walk in from 10:00 AM to 14:00 PM and I dunno what to expect, you can do fun stuff, like music etc. (but I'll keep my guitar lessons at the pro's) and there's some workshops and ironicly the person who 'directs' me asked me to become a part of the client commissin for the ambulant clients ---still following me :P And got my girl of course, very much in love :wub:
  19. I have been cleaning, becareful, it might be contagious :P I set up the induction cooking plate :D I also did the toilet, don't need no pic of that ;) 3 garbage sacks full of old clothes going to a charity thingy :) Missing some piggies? Yup they moved :)

  22. Your choice, your life :D choose yours, none is better or less just stick with what feels good in your gut and don't start doubting because some seems like massive heroes becaz they did it without pathes etc. It is YOUR quit. Keep it and stay quit :)

Don't tell it yourself, promise yourself.. commit... any barriere in between, an argument, a fight, being fired from your job, mental health prob, none of it can come in between if you commit and make it your priority to NOT ONE PUFF EVER. It's not like you get a craving and 'you suddenly happen to light one' it's always intended. Before you light one ask yourself is it worth it? See my signature, there's no 'mythical' one,when you smoke, light one or relapse it is the situation you often feel bad and you MAKE it the excuse. Guess what? NO excuse in the world justifies lighting one, I pledged NOPE for months. And if you do puff, with an excuse, the only thing you hear is Bakon replying 'Window licker' is your own voice in your head beating yourself up... because it is and will never will be the same... once you want to quit, REALLY, you're going down a river, a stream and you can't go back to being a happy smoker :) The lido deck is nothing special, I'm on it, but I still have to commit, anywhere anytime I get tempted or in a situation there's a trigger I hdn't faced before :) You quit smoking, you stick with it but you will never be a non-addict. One puff brings your brain in smoking modus.Always remember that, Be confident, believe in yourself but be aware of the monster breathing in your neck. Yes on the lido deck, which means more then 12 months you easier dismantle triggers, see thru traps etc. You become an experienced ex-smoker, And when you are there, you can help newbies too ;)

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
