So true, I NEED to smoke, I die without nicotine. (kinda drama :P ) No I don't need nicotine AT ALL< I need to kick off so I break the cycle of cravings, which keeps me captive... I don't want to be captive.

He was afraid of a brain tumor, but nothings showed (increased symptoms last 2 weeks) and he scheduled an MRI to diagnose or rule out Multiple Sclerosis. I drank 3 huge bottles of soda a days and around 20 nicotine gums, after my smoke I cut the crap with the sugar, just one in the coffee ;) and lots of water, no more smoking. I need to do this for my body. I'm offically overweight. You guys, saved me 'remembered me "of the Quit Train" so here I am :D

And I'm very sorry. :sorry: Please, let me come back and addapt me like nothing happened; is that possible... Can we start all over? No, oh no. Tiffany get back, girl! I learned the hard way smoking is killing you. I tried. It's all a big fat lie, smokes are meant to deceive. They're not nice in the morning hell I chocked in them, cursing my lungs for coughing: they don't do ANYTHING for you AT ALL! Oh, if only I could let you feel, see experience what I felt. How silly we are like ducks walking afer the cig factories; they YEEH, while the government says YEEH too, too hypocrite to forbid smokes because they can raise the taxes on them and it brings money while millions... most people die from smoking. Wakey wakey time, girl.

Not sure why or how it happened. I did made me change my life and quit smoking, mentioned that; but appearently there's a nerve in my back, where there's pressure on. It's no hernia: the doctors call it (pseudo) raciculaire prikkeling (Dutch) to be honest I'm worried it won't go away and I'm heavy painkillers it feels :( numb, tinckling, without pain due paracetamol and codeïne but hey that stuff is morfine-related REALLY not wanna use it that long. Anyobdy had the same??? How long will it take? My mom had 3 bloody hernia's on her 20th so I'm not wanting to see this develop worse :(
