  17. I hate the smell, but and find it antisocial still when I watch the crown on Netflix where they smoke a lot or pretend, I can be like glad that's not know!

  21. Yes. But I'm done torturing myself so I threw away my sprays and will smoke till I go to bed. And I'm gonna kick nicotine's ass
  22. I threw away the nicotine spray and smoke til I go to bed. I'm going to do this the only TRUE AND REAL WAY by NOPE tomorrow is my first smoke free day. I am back. And I'm gonna rock!!
