  2. Awesome job! Congratulations!

  7. Conngratulations!
  8. Awesome piece of writing, I have sometimes those voices that romantise cigarettes and I always use common sense to explain no I can't smoke one, it's junkie thinking and I'm not going to reply wit lighting up one. Even when I read the article I felt romance coming up. I just say NOPE I don't NEED a cig, I don't like a cig and it's awful. NOPE.
  9. Good job!
  10. Morning Quit Train I'm sticking with NOPE
  11. Stick with NOPE
  12. I noticed that since I'm back on coffee I am scared more, while I quit smoking so I am going back to decaf. It makes both things stronger, more alert but also more scared and having panic attacks
  13. NOPE from me too
  14. Got some panic attacks the last two weeks
  15. Is it normal to have an extra amount of anxiety after quiting smoking and NRT? Not that I'm gonna light one just curious and how long does it take to go away?
  16. Good job!
  17. Congratulations you. Great job.
  18. Have you kicked off Laura? The 9th January NOPE pledge is open... we are here walking next to you but you need to want and do this!
  19. I go for a NOPE again.
  20. Amazing mothersinstinct!
  21. I'd still be asleep LOL
  22. The wind already was strong but they expect a storm tomorrow. I'm so glad I did my groceries today and that my hair's cut... no reason to cycle against the storm tomorrow, did cycle against the wind this morning already and it was a work out already
  23. Expecting storm tomorrow?!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
