Hi Juan, I am a cold turkey quitter too, but when I am confronted with cigarettes I walk away and when I'm alone again I pull out a picture I keep in my wallet of a smokers lung, yuk. That usually does the trick. Otherwise, I'm a newbie as well to quitting smoking, and rely on the support of the veteran members here when I'm feeling myself slip.

I'm using the following keyword combinations while I wait for us to come up: quit smoking quit smoking support quit smoking support community The word "forum" is taboo in the meta tag system so we had to leave it out of the tags. We can still use the word "forum" in our posts though, it's just a meta tag thing LOL I promise to give one like to the first person who spots us on the big search engines. And if any of you have websites out there, a link to this website from your website would be greatly appreciate as well. The search engines like to see lots of links to a website. That includes facebook page links to here as well.

Yes Bing too, but we have not shown up there either as yet.

MQ and I just got done installing and confirming Quit Train's meta tags. It's jus a waiting game now, but I'm certain we will start showing up on Google and Yahoo soon. :)
