If you genuinely want to lose weight Mr. Bakon and Eggs, here is how: 1) Break a sweat every day exercising, any exercise. 2) Eat whole foods 3) Eat lean meat 4) NO PROCESSED FOODS, EVER 5) Enjoy something decadent, chocolately, sugary, really good ONCE A WEEK AT ONE MEAL. You will loose from 3 to 5 lbs a week permanently if you stick to the 5 rules.

  9. Since I quit smoking I have money and a nice home and I am told that I look ten years younger. Great!! Problem is now everyone wants to borrow money, sell me stuff, and bumb cigarettes. Yes, people I have not seen in months are visiting me to borrow cigarettes. I think sometimes that I was better off when I looked poor and destitute:)

  16. still get cigarette romance cravings from time to time. They are nothing really, just faint reminders of the dumb dumb days. My Landlord Kelly is on day 20 I think, but still not smoking.

  19. Yes, because I pulled it off and quit, she insisted that I not upstage her LOL. She is on day ten, I sent her to whyquit.com and encouraged her to join this forum. She likes the data on whyquit and is planning to use the money she saves to visit her family in about three months. Yes, she quit because of me, I'm feeling real proud of myself right now. Patting myself on the shoulder, good boy, good boy LOL

    Just window lickers LOL But seriously, I have noticed that poor people, on the street, with no money and on food stamps smoke like chimneys. They beg, bumm, borrow and steal cigarettes as well as pick up half smoked butts on the ground. How do I know this? Because I was one of them for almost two years. Frankly, I have no idea why, just that I did it and yes, it is pathetic but millions of people on the street still manage to get their hands on at least a pack a day. I'm not proud of what I did, in fact I beat myself up every day about those days, It takes strength, conviction, and bold ass determination to quit. Hence I am grateful that I could practice what I preach.

    I am finally back on my feet again financially thanx to quitting smoking. Now I can use the money I'm saving to buy a newer motor home, then go on tour.

  25. I see that my old friends are takin real good care of you. My quit was unique, very difficult, but necessary. Keep close to the train and I'm certain you will pull through just fine.
