Back from the Colorado Rockies! Hiking at 10,000ft. was much easier as a non smoker! White water rafting was awesome despite falling in 40 ' water! Can't wait to go back. Hope all is well with my QT fam. I will try to catch up over the weekend ♡

Unbelievable. .8 months done! There has been some difficult days and some easy days, and several days in a row with no thought of smoking. It is truly getting easier...it is easier. I am grateful to be able to say that and live it...so,you newbies hang in there! I am a strong testimony that smoking during stress is of no help. It will not lower the stress only add to it. Smoking is a choice we each make and quitting is a choice. I don't think there is anything that would tempt me to smoke again..ever! Those first days of my quit and my struggles on the way I dreamt of the day I knew....I won ♡

I know it sounds weird but work really helped distract me in my tough days I guess anything that could distract me. Listening to music, dancing and I agree Marti..sex was a good distraction also :-)
