Just want to thank each and everyone of you for helping me make this milestone..whether we talked, emailed, text, or I just read your posts/ blogs..it all..all got me through. This QT site has some amazing powers and MQ I will be forever grateful and I make constant referrals. Unbelievable. .6 months.I seriously had some days...hell a month or two that I really came close to losing the battle. This week treated my self to mani pedi bought some new shoes( sandals and flip flops) and a purse. Expensive week but no cigarettes. And yes Bakon I took a shower!

Congrats Karl..job well done. I Never thought I'd get to the point that I could feel let alone say..but, it does get easier. Make up your mind that NO SITUATION will ever make you smoke..only you control that. Believe me. Don't let anyone or anything give you an excuse. I made it through a car accident with a death and with the help of QT family did not smoke. There are days yet where my mind hears the junkie thoughts but I keep pushing them away..you can to Guard the Quit Karl and ask for help when you need to..
