  3. Congratulations on 4yrs!!!!! X
  4. I was 12 when I first put a cigarette in my mouth. Seems so young to me now, was also the age I first drank alcohol. Awful. I really really hope, smoking (and ecigs etc) become 'uncool'/unappealing to kids - it's the only way it will end.
  5. Thanks everyone :) x

  15. I lived here (and the other place) early in my quit ... and I'm coming up on 3 years quit.
  16. Mega late but congratulations!
  17. All I can say to you Evelyn is that you have to want to quit more than you want to smoke. It doesn't matter what's going on in your life, if you don't want to smoke, you wont.
  18. I joined a forum similar to this (not as good though ;)) 3 days before I quit smoking. I've never looked back. I'll have 3yrs quit on 30.8.16 :)

  21. You're currently beating England :(
  22. Definitely! I'm not actually a footy fan but kinda get into it when it's England!
  23. Not looking good :/
  24. Myth: quitting smoking is hard It doesn't have to be, you just have to want to quit more than you want to smoke.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
