Waaaay better than UK!! Restaurant quality food in most bars! Actually I've been to way more BBQ's in England...not a massive Aussie thing from what I've seen (could be wrong though).

Mmm hard question actually...major difference obviously being weather! :D Work hours seem to be shorter here, I finish at 4pm (in UK it was 5.30-6pm). Pay is more here, I'm on double what I was in the UK for basically the same job! :) People seem a bit more cheerful here..probably because of the weather! I would advise anyone to definitely try it! But it's hard being halfway around the world away from family & friends.
