Have you read the Allen Carr 'Easy way to Quit Smoking' book? This really helped me to get my head in the right place. Make sure to read and educate yourself about nicotine addiction. That is really the only advice I can give :) Congratulations on your decision to quit :)

I used to have to leave my apartment, take the lift down 9 floors, go outside and walk away from the apartment building to get my stress reliever!!! Lmao...makes tons of sense right?? :D I am definitely less stressed now...and have been since the day I quit :)
