  1. Sorry for your loss Ava. My dad died a few months ago. I only told a couple of you here. It's seemed more of a private matter to me at the time. He died of congestive heart failure probably caused from smoking. Maybe I was just trying to hide from my own future mortality. No matter what my future holds, I'm still glad I quit smoking. :)
  2. Yes I know who you are because since I quit smoking I can smell you. Where as before I quit smoking I was one of you. Apparently while being a smoker your sniffer does not function properly. So if you are a smoker and you ever sit next to someone who is dressed as Batman, and he pulls a clothes pin from his utility belt and places it on his nose. Then there's a pretty good chance that you are sitting next to me, and that you stink. My apologies to all for my own stinky behavior while being a smoker for thirty five years. New Idea !!!!! QuitTrain Soap :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
