  8. You rock, Evelyn, I have always loved Barbie.....
  9. I am so in awe of people who can speak other languages. I just can't hear the other language in order to speak it. I can read them just fine, but talking, no, no, no
  10. That's just because you are laughing too hard and the tears in your eyes won't let you see the letters....
  11. When I get those thoughts that just won't go away, I have taken comfort from everyone here who promises that it WILL get better. As they have all said to me at one time or another, who could stay quit if it stayed this bad? Just try to say to yourself, one day at a time, put your head down and keep trudging. I am beginning to see a glimmer of light. It may not take you that long as I smoked for 42 years. Wishing you strength, Laura!

  18. Lovely! I got a few to come up last year, but SC is really too warm for tulips. And they look pretty silly with palm trees in the background.....
  19. I can just picture Evelyn driving the train and swinging by to pick us all up, one by one. Swooping down out of the sky for each of us and then soaring back up and off for the next one. Sorry, I had sugar last night and it messes me up......

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
