El B is right (of course). Sometimes you have to really stop and think to realize that things ARE getting better. You may still be having bad craves but try to notice if they are further apart, not as long, easier to push away, etc. And concentrate on what is better, breathing, smell, sense of taste, etc. You are doing so well, be proud!

Tuddles - love the name and the cat! Several years ago we got 7 inches of snow one January (almost of unheard of for here in SC). My Poppy had never seen snow. She walked out the back door onto the sidewalk and did NOT like the snow under her paws, so she took a flying leap for the deck, disappeared under the 7" and immediately reappeared 3 ft up in the air. I LFMAO. She did not go back out until all snow had melted.
