    Hi, I know for me, the anticipation of quitting way way scarier than once I quit. Once I quit, it was a big relief! Doesn't mean it is always easy, just not scary! :D

    Hi Evelyn. So glad you are here! You really don't have to smoke anymore. I had to give it a few tries myself. All I found is that I wasted time and got fatter. You can do it, Evelyn!
