  4. That must make things difficult, but I know you can do it. Are there no laws at all in Nevada?!! Most places don't allow smoking in public spaces.
  5. I don't remember having issues with my body movement but my mind was mush for a couple of months. It was really bad, I could hardly work!

  20. Welcome to the Quittrain angry! Quitting smoking will be the best thing you ever do for yourself and your family. Sounds like you have a good plan to distract yourself with working out which will be really helpful. I was really emotional when I quit and it took a while for my emotions to settle down, but they did and your will too. It takes time to get used to your new normal but you will adjust and eventually you'll wonder why you didn't quit sooner! Great to have you here. Let us know what we can do to help.
