  1. Great post Rachael! This has been recommended to me to deal with my anxiety but I've not tried it yet. I think I may do some research on it.
  2. OMG that is a riot!!!!!!!!!
  3. I'm sorry about your friend. It's so hard when you know freedom like we do and not be able to get all those we love on board. I'm glad you're here with us and maybe this will be what gets your friend to finally take the plunge.
  4. Can't wait to meet you! Colleen is right, it's so much better once you just do it!
  5. Us too! Rain the last few days has really helped. I cannot wait for it to be all gone!

  9. Welcome Amy and Iamdoingit! Quit buddies is a wonderful idea. No one understands what you are going through more than someone going through it at the exact same time. We are so happy to have you join us.
  10. Congrats on your quit MHK! You'll find all you need here to be successful in your quit. All you have to do is want to quit more than you want to smoke. :) Let us know if you need us. :)
  11. I like thunderstorms too. Not quite that season for where I am yet but I can't wait!!
  12. So sorry you are going through this Evelyn. We are here anytime you need us and willing to listen. It's so hard to lose someone we care about and depend on. It's ok to be angry about it. It's not fair at all. Remember though that smoking will not help. It will make things worse. Big hugs to you.
  13. Love our Tiffany. I hope you are doing well Tiff. I did see you online last night right before I logged off.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
