Love this post! Finding something to fill your time when you quit is so important. Drawing is a perfect outlet as it can be so relaxing as well. What new quitter could not use a bit of relaxation? Very nice pics :)

Please jump right in! We have an army of seasoned veterans here waiting to help you quit smoking! The BEST of the BEST!! Just as important we have plenty of Newbies and Tweenies willing to help you succeed in quitting smoking. There is not another quit smoking forum as special as this one---Plus it's FREE!

I would dislike that too. If I were you I would talk to her about it. As addicts we are generally willing to do lots of unpleasant things to get our fix. Don't be too hard or preachy with her but let her know you know what's going on. Out her so she has to face the facts of what she's doing to herself. Be supportive though, no one I know has ever quit because they were nagged into it. Point her to this website!!
