    SOS.

Kids push us to our limits at times that is for sure. There are days when mine are so horrible I question my decision to become a parent in the first place. They'll grow up and challenge you in other way as will life. Smoking won't change it. It won't make anything less annoying or painful. Take a break and try to think of reasons to not smoke instead of reasons why you do. That's what I used to do when I craved a cigarette. It's your addiction talking. Don't listen.
  3. Awesome post Julie!

  7. I really need to stop eating all together. It's just not working out for me.
  8. +1 I think maybe some newer quitters just have not got there yet but they will in time if they do the work. I can honestly say that I will never smoke again. I know this because I am in control. Great post Jonny.
  9. Wine party tomorrow night for anyone who's interested!! come one, come all! If you come Nekkid you get a prize!
  10. I love #1 so much! #3 is second best.
  11. Marti is a GEM. Take care of yourself Amber, I was terribly sick through two pregnancy's. The last thing you need is the stress of more than being a good incubator for the little one. Thinking of you!
  12. I love # 1 for short and #3 for long. :) They're all great! imo

    Day 2!

Crying is ok, smoking is not. I cried unexpectedly for months! Were all different but most of us feel completely out of sorts for a bit. You are doing wonderfully! I'm so glad you're here with us. We're a new quit site but we have lots of experience here with quitting. How did you find us!? I am excited to think that our advertising methods may be working!

    Hey Gemzee

Enjoy your trip home Gemma! Be safe.
  20. I'm sorry you're having a bad day. :( My advice to you is that you need to take smoking off the table. You need to commit to the idea that no matter what, you will not smoke. You are tempted to smoke because you still feel a cigarette will help. It's a lie, please don't listen to the lie. You are capable of handling anything life throws at you without smoking. Proud of you for posting here. To me that means you want this quit. check out the quote in my sig.
  21. **********************************************************************************************************WANTED************************************************************************************************************************************************************ Someone to post for me, as me, on the QT in the over night hours or when I "just need a break". I am an equal opportunity employer. Let me know if you're interested and your employment terms. Once hired you will be supplied with a list of members here at the QT whose post count MUST NEVER BE MORE THAN MINE.
  22. Awesome
  23. Seriously that baby boy is the cutest!!! Have you seen Babs Granddaughter? I think a match could be made there. She's a beauty too!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
