  1. Remember to put your monthly anniversary on the QT calendar. We want to be able to celebrate with you but we may miss it if it's not written down. If you don't know how to add it to the calendar let a mod know! :good3: :bye: :ok:  Edited to fix spelling.....terrible at spelling. :)

  19. Good for him Jackie! Ecig users I've talked to have used a step down method based on their level of comfort at each level they were at. Slow and steady with a goal in the not too distant future of being nicotine free. Sounds like NayNay had a great plan!
  20. He really should. He owes it to cat lovers everywhere!!!
  21. Good question. I have wondered that myself and when I first quit would have loved to be admitted somewhere, anywhere that could help. One thing is for sure and that is that there is not enough attention to nicotine addiction as there should be. That's why sites like this one are so important.
  22. I try to stop but they have so many cool ones at Christmas! About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
