@Doreensfree, I probably should have waited a few more days, since my gut is still inflamed, and rather tender, but I was excited to begin using my new treadmill. The program I am doing is a walking program, but fairly intense. I am a trained Professional Nurse, so should recognize if I am harming myself. I am a gifted diagnostician. So, not to worry………………..TOO much! I do thank you for your concern. Very sweet. Just finished part 2 of the Everest series. If anyone else is thinking of getting a new treadmill, I can’t recommend a NordicTrack highly enough. The Ifit program is a game changer, and included free for a full year. The one knock on NordicTrack seems to be its customer service, should something go wrong with your machine. Fingers crossed, mine works flawlessly, for years.
