If you really do have a headache, take 400- 600 mg. Ibuprofen every 6 hours. It is a better alternative than Acetaminophen, for both headache and fever. So glad both you and your wife got vaccinated. Though some people are worried about side effects of the vaccine, I believe the potential benefit outweighs any risk, especially since I am in a high risk group, because of my age and preexisting heart condition.

That WILL get ugly. It would be a real problem here, in the States, too. My youngest son, who serves in the USAF, and I, have been talking about the possibility of the government mandating the vaccine. So far, they won’t even do it, for the military, for fear enlistment would drop drastically. Ian’s division have all voluntarily been vaccinated, as they are musicians, who come in contact with the public. Ian waited until he could get the J and J vaccine, rather than an RNA based one, as he believes it is less likely to do him any permanent harm. 3 of my 4 kids chose the J and J vaccine, for that same reason. There are so many conspiracy theories around the vaccine, that we could be in real trouble, if the government finds it necessary to order any Americans to be vaccinated. There is already controversy brewing over the need to show your “ COVID Passport” in various situations. We are living in unprecedented times….

What date was your 1st one? The protocol is: Moderna: exactly 4 weeks between shots, and Pfizer:: exactly 3 weeks.

I know “they” say flying is safe now, but I have never liked flying, on a good day, and have really been fretting about flying cross country, in just a few weeks. So, my boyfriend suggested we take a month to 6 weeks and drive, instead of fly, and stop in and see everyone we miss, and visit places we have never seen, along the way. I love road trips, and since we just did a three week one in March, and had a great time, I jumped at his offer. We are even taking Barney with us. I hate giving in to my fears, but I am looking at it, in a more positive light. It will be a trip of a lifetime. We have a brand new SUV, so a perfect vehicle for such a long trip.

@jillar, I guess the movie stars can afford to open wineries, when they retire from acting. In our family, we say “wine tastings are the perfect excuse to get drunk in the daytime”…. I know I’m always buzzed after attending one….
