  10. Hi @Linda I'm no expert, but being an ex-smoker is a very emotional roller coaster ride! Every emotion I chuck it as withdrawals, even the happy moments. When I couldn't explain why I felt a particular way I just told myself it was a withdrawal. I was an emotional smoker, everything I did was with a smoke. So I say all this to say, cry, scream, stomp your feet, eat something sweet, or whatever you want. You are the boss, you control the situation to smoke or not. Hang tough! You got this!! As a passenger on this Train, we are on the same no-smoking team Ok?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
