  2. Hello Everyone, I’m just checking in and I know it’s been awhile but I’m 22 days smoke free! Wow! I can’t believe it. Mints have been my best friend but I honestly don’t get cravings anymore and I just think I made this a habit now Hope you all had a great holiday and are looking forward to this bright new year like I am!   6. Good Morning All, Day 1 down of NOT smoking. Thank you all for your kind words and support as I continue this journey.
  7. Woke up this morning with an urge but stayed positive and grabbed a dum dum lollipop I had leftover from Halloween seems to help very much any other ideas or morning routines anyone can share? Morning and nights seem to be the hardest but so far it’s almost lunchtime and I been smoke free for a few hours
