  12. Hey Bandit, You have a great talent, to make people laugh. Thank you for sharing that with us. I enjoyed reading your posts and I am very happy or you and your wife. You have helped many. Take Care. Lynn
  13. I wanted to let you all know how important all of you have been in my quit. I have learned so much from this board and the other board and I am so grateful. There have been so many people that have been especially helpful in my quit, too many to mention. I want to send out a special thank you to John (JWG), he will never be forgotten. I am sending this out now because I feel that I am ready to leave the board. I have not participated much lately, for that I am sorry. It seems that life is keeping me so busy. I guess that is a good thing. New challenges and new goals! I am much healthier now and able to do so much more than before. I hope everyone has success with there goals and thank you for all the support, guidance and motivation. I will probably be checking back from time to time, hoping to see those big milestones from everyone. Lynn
  14. Markus, I am sorry to see this, but I totally understand. You have taught me many things, thank you for that. I wish you the best! Lynn

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
