  1. I just signed up. I quit smoking December 28, 2019 after smoking 28 years. I’m still currently using Nicolette 2mg about 6-8 pieces a day. I’m looking for support. I want to stop using the gun. And I am gaining weight and having issues getting a deep breath. I have minor health issues and I know my body is still healing from the damage I created. I am active but really need motivational support to keep me on track to reach my goals. I’ve joined groups in the past quota and it helped. One thing I know without a doubt I WILL NOT SMOKE EVER AGAIN!

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
