  1. I had a long talk with my sister about today so I can get some extra support as I am staying with her now. I don't want to relapse again. I am just being honest about what I did and not hide it from anyone.

  3. I threw them away. I always smoke between 3-5 cigs in a row, then throw them away. I am starting over. I even got a new toothbrush and some coloring books and puzzles to keep me busy.
  4. I had a slip earlier but will get back on track. I can do this.
  5. Thank you everyone who showed their support today. I am feeling kind of lousy, but then again I have been poisoning my body for a long time. I will check in tomorrow. Have a good night. ❤
  6. I used to smoke a lot of pot as well so I really don't want to get back into edibles, etc. and so don't drink alcohol. I will be checking in with you and others here daily. And again thanks so much for being here to support me.
