    Good morning G

@Kris I know the holidays are hard for you, I can relate to that! Covid cases are crazy here in Michigan and that does make it harder. My fur any and me will probably have Christmas dinner with my husbands cousin and his wife. We are all vaccinated and boostered. I have some test schedule tomorrow that I'm stressed about, but life goes on and I know smoking won't help. Sorry you will be alone for Christmas but you have us to chat with. Hope you get some rest
  8. @TONY No bucket list here, but I can relate to not looking forward to the holidays. I lost my husband several years ago. Sorry for your loss! I can't say it does get easier but for me it helps to focus on the good memories we shared. The not smoking is the best gift you can give yourself!
  9. Good morning @Kris Your up late are you doing ok. Sorry about your son and DIL!! Hope there doing ok!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
