@Sal you need to make a decision that you want to quit!! We all have been there its not easy but it is doable!! But you have to want it!! Were here to help you but it is up to you! Not wanting to sound Mean but you can do this!!

@Sal You need to fight the crave!! Drink some water, take a walk. eat some candy!! When I first started my quit I ate a ton of red licorice every time I wanted to smoke. It will get easier trust me. Don't through your quit away you will have to start all over. Go to the social page and play some of the silly games!!!
