  8. I did exactly what you showed highlight code select all and hit copy go to account settings click signature and its not there. Thanks for all your help But it is not working
  9. Now I have all these code for the ticker showing on my post I cat get rid of. I have tried on my kind all and my lap top I guess I don't know how to copy and paste without copying the image so I give up. Not that important and to frustrated
  10. i give up it wont let me copy the code under the ticker making me want to smoke so im giving up

  13. Sorry for the relapse. Good for you wanting to be honest and start your quit again. I know how you feel, I have done it myself. Jump back on the train!!!!

  16. Hi everyone, I have been one for awhile. Gave up many quits. Have had health issues that make a quit very serious. Had a pulmonary fiction test that was bad I do have moderate emphysema. I feel like smoking on and off for50 years the damage is already done. Mad because I did this to myself. How stupid is that. Today is my tenth day of not smoking.I just hope it is not to late. So I'm trying again. My doctor is sending me to a pulmonologist.

  19. I was hoping that the not smoking would help lower my BP and heart rate. It has not yet, maybe to soon yet. But from what I have read it should happen fairly soon. Not having a good day today. Just having a little rant.
