  1. One thing I have noticed since this not smoking journey is finding out who are your real friends and those who you thought were and trying not to be disappointed by that. Weird thoughts going on in my head this am. Some are not pleasant. So I need to get moving.
  2. Congratulations!!!!
  3. Have not been sleeping good and getting up feeling crappy . How is doing something you know is good for you be this hard? Feel like whining 16 year old lately, the negative friend that no one wants to be around. I'm usually a pretty positive person that positive person is circling the drain. Sorry for the rant this am

  20. How can you miss something that you know is bad for you. I know the answer the addiction.woke up this morning and thought damm I want my cup of coffee and a cigarette. The Covid mess does not make it easier, can't really get out and do much. Today when I got up is was 3 degrees out. So certainly not wanting to do outside activities. So this being stuck in the house is getting old!!! So it has to get better one way or the other. Thanks for letting me vent

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
