  1. Thanks everyone I know exactly what your saying is true been there done that. I got out of my house and took a drive along lake Huron, stopped and took a few pictures it was cold and beautiful. I have to admit I struggled passing a few places I could had stoped and got cigarettes especially after I almost it a deer. But I did not!!! Cant say I didn't want to but I did not. I don't know if this statement is appropriate for the sight if is not I'm sorry it has to do with something BKP said about justification it goes like this( Justification is like masturbation your only screwing yourself) Hope this does not offend anyone but it is so true when it comes tosmoking

  6. So sorry Judi you are having a hard time. I know what you mean about the struggle. But we an do this. Get on the train and read other peoples success stories and other newbies that are struggling just like you which includes me.. That helps me when I am having a bad day. Hang in there!!!

It just seems like with the covid crap and being stuck home oh not really my getting out is going to the freaking doctors office lol. That my social activity. I know I'm not the one going through this but is does suck!! Got in my daily rant. At least today is a little better than yesterdays was. I know sooner or later it will get better. You right we are in it together that does help

  16. Thanks Jillar, you are right about that. I also seen the pulmonologist yesterday and that was kinda depressing. I told him he scared the shit out of me and his response was you should be,that's my job!!! You have got to quit smoking like I didn't already know that

  20. Really struggling this morning!!! Life kinda sucks right now.. I'm trying very hard to change that attitude but seems to be getting harder. Even with all the great suggestions and kind words from this group it just plain sucks!!! My daily rant!!!
