Yes they are!!! But I do know smoking will not change that. Sometimes its hard to convince myself of that.

Today has not been a good day!!! Been doing pretty good. Something happened today that I am trying hard not let set me back on this journey.I know tomorrow will be better but letting things get to me that I can not control. Its times like this you realize who your true friends are! Thanks for letting me rant.

First shot was not bad, second one was bad!!!! Had a fever,body aches,and very sore arm lasted a couple days

Good post.I am having a hard time with the depression and sadness. I can cry at the drop of a hat. For no real reason. I seem depressed about life in general.Have some health issues going on and everything seems overwhelming

I did get the Moderna no problem with first but this second is not great. Everyone has been different so maybe you will be fine

First dose just had a little sore arm. I got my second dose yesterday am , my arm is really sore last night and was up half the night nausea, fever and just feel like crap Hope it passes soon

Yesterday was not a great day as I said. Had some news that had me stressed and worried. Smoking was the first thing that comes to my mind.it was always my go to when I was upset. Have to deal with it some other way. Reached out to a friend and that did help talking about it but it is not easy sometimes

It is going to be 2 months in a few days. Doing ok , but does not seem to be getting much easier. I never really had a cough. Not coughing anything up.Not really having a good day.
