  7. Opah you can hate him all you want ,I would if I was you. But the past is the past that is why the windshield in a car is so big and the rearview mirror is small ,we have to keep looking forward. I learned along time ago from people that have hurt me I had to forgive them ,not for them but for myself. Didn't mean I liked what they did or approved. The forgiveness was so I could be at piece with myself and let go of the anger and the resentment, that I was carrying that was not good for me. Hope you day gets better.

  23. Damm I feel like a broken record, same shit. Feel like I'm falling down the rabbit whole.Thought I was over the tough part.Feeling pretty overwhelmed by stuff right now, can't seem to get past it. Life just sucks right now pretty discouraged right now. I've tried using all the suggestions and help I have gotten from this forum but without any results. It sucks
  24. Avoiding your triggers isn't healing. Healing happens when you're triggered and you're able to move through the pain, the pattern, and the story and walk your way to a different ending.
  25. Some days you'll be the light for others, and some days you'll need some light from them as long as there is light then there is hope and there is a way!!!
