    Thank you all for the well wishes!!! Trying not to worry!! Worry is like sitting in a rocking chair, rocking it gets you no where!! But that's not easy. But I can do hard things
  4. Change is never easy but so often necessary for the development of character and strength it can be painful to live through and it takes continual effort and drive slowly changes made will become easier and more comfortable to live with

    Doctors appt

    I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, hoping to get good news. We shall see. First time in person since covid. Results of test I had done Little nervous. But it will be what it is.
  7. @Reynjoe you can quit with all the help that is here!! Take it one day at a time!! Lots of people to support you on the journey
  8. Before your head hits the pillow tonight remind yourself of the things you did right let go of the things you could have done better be patient with yourself and remember that big things are achieved not all at once but rather one day at a time
