  4. @Abby So sorry about your niece it hard losing any love one but when there so young it is so much harder.

  6. @Gusi know your words are trying to help but, I really take offense by your words using my pain ridden, dying friend as an excuse to smoke.
  7. @jillar I know it won't make the hurt go away for her and her family but I am having a hard time shaking this I don't give a shit attitude!!!
  8. Just got off the phone with my friends husband she is back in the hospital and it does not look good for her. The tumor has grown and she is in slot of pain. I know that God has a plan for her .But here I am struggling about smoking. What the help. My addiction mind is telling me when its your time it doesn't really matter what you do. This girl is the closest thing to a saint I know. Just sucks!!!! Just need to vent so I don't give into the addict saying F it.

  16. Be kind to yourself Spend some time observing your thoughts. Are they harsh negative judgemental or anxiety provoking if so then take deep breath clear those thoughts and close the door to any further negativity now fill your mind with new thoughts of kindness and love resolve to only let loving positive thoughts enter your mind
  17. @Reynjoe Are you smoking or not?? Checking in is a great support to help!! But you have got to make the choice. The ball is in your court.

  21. Good for you Robbie for buying ice cream!!! Fighting those craves!! If you have read any of my post, I have struggled with them. It does get easier as time goes on, but keep that guard up!!! I to have dealt with depression also with my quit. Try flipping that switch to some thing positive. I will journal and do a gratitude list of all the things I have to be grateful for, even if they are little things. It changes the focus off of smoking. Hang in there you are doing great
