Nope! I'm not going to smoke anymore. Starting this journey - it's a full Day 1 now. Having it a tad harder to breathe - but I'm sure it's the lungs and the rest of the body clearing up. I'm looking forward to a better tomorrow. :)

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.
