I haven't changed my routine to much. I am hitting all the triggers and cravings head on. I am conquering them as I go along. This is to make sure I am in a good healthy place when I head back to work. I work in a busy Irish Pub so I want to be ready for any triggers or cravings I am going to be experiencing there.
