  6. I haven't changed my routine to much. I am hitting all the triggers and cravings head on. I am conquering them as I go along. This is to make sure I am in a good healthy place when I head back to work. I work in a busy Irish Pub so I want to be ready for any triggers or cravings I am going to be experiencing there. I will take this one day at a time like you and NOPE
  7. Hey Intown28, Welcome to the Quit Train. This is where you want to be if you want to give up cigarettes and nicotine for ever. There is plenty of articles, videos and a lot of really supportive individuals here.. I haven't been here all that long but I'm in the midst of my best quit ever. So, grab a seat and enjoy the ride because this train is leaving the station.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
