  1. Yes , amongst other things because isn't it the little things in life that matter the most?
  2. It's just the nature of the business, your busy hours are always the hours that the majority of people are off of work. Tell me that makes things easy as far as work hours go?
  3. It definitely wasn't easy but who says it was supposed to be?
  4. I probably have about another 8-10 years before I retire so I think this is my best direction for a better work life balance until then right?
