  11. Day 8 Ok today i throw the car lighter of the window I can"t throw cigarettes now They r still precious But i"ll never keep lighter As an initial step Im proud of myself today cuz i usually smoke in long rides which didn"t happen this time

  13. Day7 My smoking index was 3 cigarettes /day reaching maximun 7 in very stressful days Being a quite old quitter of a more difficult problematic obsessive addiction "P & M" will make the journey easier i guess or hope so....
  14. I"m not heavy smoker so quitting isn"t big deal It only affects my stress times Im also severely anorexic, not a food fan at all So im trying to make double shot by replacing smoking passion with eating one Maybe i can regain my appetite
