  1. The struggle is real, but it can be conquered. Fight for it. Want it from your core and be willing to suffer. It’s temporary and you know it because we all have done it and no one is a superhero. Well most of us. Stick close to the board the support is awesome
  2. My journey is I knew if I didn't quit- this time- i'd die a smoker. Sadly some never find that strength. Life is a gift- enjoy each day and live it to the fullest
  3. meme- how I warm up my voice in the shower i always wondered who had the job of placing witty text on pics then placing them on social media for us all to enjoy- genius!! Canada- it's that place where high profile people threaten to go if they don't get their way, right?

Regardless of how good & healthy I feel after quite a while of not smoking, the cold hard truth is smoking damaged my body and it will never be like that of a non smoker despite how long I don’t smoke. Good news is every day my body continues to repair itself so time is my friend. Wish I never smoked but thank God I’m conquering that addiction one day at a time. This chart reflects 11 months of not smoking. NOPE
