I'm not new to quitting smoking, but this is my forever quit. Everyone is different in their approach to quitting, and I advocate never quit quitting. You will quit once you understand that this life threatening addiction can be stopped, and when you finally believe there is nothing good about smoking. The secret to quitting is simple: Not one puff ever.
