  24. Have you ever seen the movie, The Matrix? In a nutshell, it's about a computer hacker that realizes the world is actually nothing more than a computer program hiding the truth about reality. Anyway, at the end of the movie, Neo finally realizes he is "the one" and sees the world for what it really is (see the youtube clip below). So, will I ever relapse? Nope! I am over 18 months quit and I can see the truth about smoking. Oh, the many lies I believed, the countless minutes of my life I have given up...I actually felt like I lost my best friend when I quit! Hahahaha...later you bastard! I am NEO...I see the truth behind the lies! Keep your quit! Do whatever it takes to stay quit! Life is SO much better smoke free! You CAN do this!
  25. Own this quit!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
