Smoke free for ever  - still going strong

  3. Yes, I get it. It’s so hard to see the light when you live in the weeds. My advice, just keep saying NOPE. Yes, sounds stupid but gave me a 9 year quit so far. Every time that demon says smoke, you say NOPE! It will pass. Every single time, say NOPE and I promise it will get easier over time. You got this!
  4. Just had a random thought about the quit train. Haven’t logged on in a while and nice to see some familiar names. Still saying nope since 9-1-2013 and going strong. Smoking is nothing more than a distant memory for me. Hope all are well!!!
  5. Nope Nope Nope...everyday...the nopes eventually add up to hours, days, weeks, months....YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
  6. Spending money on Amazon...
  7. Nope...do I even remember smoking?
  8. Nope going on 7 years - celebrate every single nope - they add up quickly!!

  10. Great job - keep it up!
  11. Hope all is well Gemzee. Congrats on 4 years free

  14. Great job friend...congrats

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
