  1. Thanks Abby @BKP, Thanks . Here is the details of the vaccine registration site in India .This and another site (one for business firms ) is where we register for vaccines . I work in a pharmacy distribution center , so all the employees there had to register in another site and we all got appointments today . We had shortages of vaccines here too even though we get most of the vaccines from Serum Institute of India ( It is an Indian biotechnology and biopharmaceuticals company. It is the world's largest manufacturer of vaccines located in the city of Pune, India . ) @jillar , Yes it is a relief after many months of waiting and more waiting

Because it was that hard to quit for me in the beginning . Today i have pain all over my body , not sure if i should rest today or continue working out Will decide to workout or not within an hour . Thanks for all the suggestions
  12. That beginning time when you try to quit is really mental . But life is always a bit mental with or without cigarettes . Try to stay fresh somehow . It can be really fresh sometimes and really dull some other times . I used to smoke to kill the dull times . I managed to stop smoking during all the dull times and somehow escaped this whole smoking habit . Try to stay fresh . Good luck .

  18. All you need to do is just stop one strange habit of yours I think you can do that . There is going to be a lot of strange struggles in the beginning . 1 month later you will slowly start forgetting about cigarettes Just avoid this one habit of yours , continue everything else .
  19. @notsmokinjo Yes i was going through a really tough time .That was one of the reasons i smoked a lot My studies are over now . I got my bachelors degree in commerce . After that i joined an accounting course , its going on now .Its an online course from an institution and they are conducting the classes online through the Zoom software . I learned a lot of things about accounting from the past few weeks of classes and i am really happy . The classes will the there for at least 6 more months . I am planning to get SAP certified by the end of the course . Its again not an easy task . I hope i can finish the course without getting infected from Covid - 19 That is another thing that is causing a lot of stress these days . Its everywhere in my town . Waiting for a vaccine since the last few months . The stress is always there in life , but i do not depend on smoking to relieve any of those .It comes and goes . Thanks for the reply @darcy Oh yes it is a big accomplishment and i feel happy without any hyper mental activities

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
