Thanks Vivianne , I am eating very less these days too , because last time i saw a doctor and did my blood test , my sugar levels were a bit high .I think that was because all the smoke intake and was related to my lifestyle . I used to drink a lot of lemonade and pepsi . Nowadays i am mostly eating wheat and vegetables these days . Absolutely no direct sugars . I have been continuing like this for more than a month now . I am still 75Kg's . I don't know much about protein supplements . So i don't know if i should eat it right now . Anyway i hope i can continue with this current diet . 13. I did it again , this time this is forever .
  14. Hello KatV , You have to find some other ways to kill that boredom and dullness . During my initial quit attempts i thought smoking was a fun activity and i had a hard time staying away from it because that was my only exciting activity 2 years ago . I live in India in an average town , there isn't much activity in these places nor much night life . But when i looked at my neighbor's , they too are going through the same dullness and life but without smoking . Like someone said during my initial attempts life is not always fun , excitement and party . So if you can adapt to that dullness for a few days somehow , you can easily stay from the smoking habits too . You have to learn to adjust in life without smoking . I am only speaking from my own situations and experience . You must also learn to stay fresh somehow , i am sure your or my life is not always dull Life is like a metronome , it will swing between dullness and freshness , at least that is my experience . It is all about conquering that negative dull times
  15. Continues with the same workout routine , 20 minutes treadmill 4 different type machine workouts 60 dumbbells 80 pushups And comes back home , feeling happy
  16. Awesome job VIvianne , Congrats for the 4rth day without smoking . When quitting smoking the main fight is between dullness and freshness , you will very easily feel dull but try to stay fresh somehow !!! Also , going to the gym makes you less lazy than working out alone
  17. just came back from the gym again , did all the machine workouts and also did 80 pushups today too in 1 hour time .
  18. @Lilly , After 2 more days i will be celebrating my one month quit
  19. I am 163 pounds , working on it to reduce it 10 days in the gym and i have been improving my stamina . I feel less fatigue these days . That itself is a massive improvement
  20. That time was the hardest for me too in the beginning , my toughest time was from 6 in the evening to almost 10:30 at night . Somehow managed to overcome the dullness during that time . I am very fresh again after 10:30 I am a person who is very energetic at night and late nights . I don't know why its that way
  21. Yes, i have had dreams before about smoking cigarettes , i was feeling really bad about it and then i woke up and was happy to know that it was just a dream . I read an article few days ago and it says that people sleeping under cold conditions have the chances of nightmares than people sleeping under warm conditions . They even say that people having a deep sleep under warm conditions could see more better dreams .
  22. Thanks jillar , Thanks doreensfree OK , i will post the improvements i make in the gym there The biggest improvement was in the pushup counts , started the gym with 22 total pushups and now it have reached 80 , lol
  23. Thanks Vivianne
