  1. Thanks everyone for the replies ... I work on Saturdays too , so i didn't have much time to sit behind my computer and reply to everyone ... I arrived home only an hour ago .. i have tomorrow off ... Yup Sunday is the only holiday for me ... Smoking cigarettes continuously was the worst thing i have done to myself ... and Quitting cigarettes was the best thing i have done for my health ... Thank you for a forum like this to talk about the difficulties of addiction and the difficulties of quitting and also thank you for all your support ... I don't think i am ever really going back to smoking ever I have lost interest in it completely Thanks

  7. @jillar Oh ok thanks jillar ... when it comes back , would it show the same progressing stats or does it start from the beginning ? anyway thank god i am still smoke free and i wake up in the morning .. goes to the beach and exercise there for an hour at least 4 days a week ... brisk walking and jogging ... almost 7000 steps everyday .... And for people trying to quit smoking Please stay away from smoking ... there are lot more things you can do instead of inhaling smoke and feeling sick ... Thanks

  13. This is such a nice achievement The quit train forum ticker that shows the time that i have stayed away from cigarettes have played a major role in this successful journey . That ticker gives me a big positive vibe when i look at it . Thanks for setting it up like all that . Thanks to all the staff and people who have helped me with their talks and advice's One advice i have to give you all is that , you all need more time to learn and to rewire and to adapt to a life without smoking .   14. Wow , Its 3 years without cigarettes now ? That feels like a big achievement I don't even use the nicotine gums these days , i used to chew a gum once in a while . But nowadays no nicotine related products is going in . Thanks everyone . Please remember , only the initial days or first 2 weeks of the quit is the harder . After that it gets easier to manage

  17. Thanks jillar , I will post it right here . I am traveling to UAE this month . So i thought i would post a picture here before i travel . That picture is at least 5 years old I am going there for a job search. There are more job opportunities there compared to India

  22. Hello intoxicated yoda , Yes, dried black pepper . I eat 5 of it when i have anxiety and cravings . I keep it in my mouth for few minutes then chew it .
  23. I am completely nicotine free . Nowadays when i have an uneasy feeling or restlessness or or some cravings which i cant control . I chew black pepper instead . Believe it or not , The cravings and the anxiety goes away after chewing it . Whenever the anxiety and cravings comes again , i chew the black pepper again . It has been working for me . That way i don't have to depend on sweets or junk foods for a better feeling . Maybe it will work for you too
  24. After reading that i ate some black pepper , 5 of it and it surely has some calming properties . It killed my usual evening restlessness and anxiety a bit
