  7. Oh Steven, so sorry to hear this but don't hate on yourself. I hope you have found a good therapist and they are able to help you with your troubles. I think most addicitions are coping mechanisms and it can be very difficult to learn to cope with the difficulties in life in healthier ways. The important thing is to not give up and it's obvious that you haven't because every time you have relapsed, you have gone right back to quitting. Good on you for seeking professional help. I hope it gives you what you need to stay on track and address your health issue.
